Allied Digital Payments Help Page

Transfer Money Easily!

With Allied, CCB customers will be able to send and receive
money for FREE…no more fees!

What do I need to do?

Customers that used the old system will need to re-establish their external accounts and recipients paid in the past before being able to use Allied. Microdeposits may be required in order to verify external accounts.

How long will I still have access to DPX Pay?

DPX Pay will no longer be active effective May 28, 2025.

What did the DPX Pay system look like?

What does the new Allied system look like?

When you log in to Online Banking and select either “Send Money to Account” or “Send Money to People,” you’ll be automatically directed to the new service. It’s a simple change designed to make transferring funds even easier.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Previous history and account details from DPX Pay won’t carry over to the new system. You’ll need to reestablish any external accounts, which may involve confirming microdeposits.
  • You’ll also need to reenter the contact information (mobile phone number or email) for anyone you’ve previously sent money to.
  • Daily transfer limits will be $500 for A2A and $500 for P2P.
  • Good news: This service is now FREE! There will no longer be any fees per transaction.
