CCB Kicks Off 2026 Season of Giving with Community Food Drive

Cattaraugus County Bank (CCB) is kicking off its “Season of Giving” by helping stock the shelves of food pantries throughout the communities it serves.

From October 15 through November 15, CCB will host a non-perishable food drive at each of its branch locations. Community members are invited to drop off non-perishable food items at any CCB location during regular business hours.

Each CCB branch will select a local food pantry or community organization to receive the food collected at that location, keeping donations close to home and helping address food insecurity within the communities where they were given. To make every donation go even further, CCB will donate $1 for every food item collected at that location to the local food pantry organizations chosen by that branch.

“Our Season of Giving is about making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve,” said Mike Wimer, President and CEO of CCB. “’Where Community Counts’ is more than our motto; it reflects our commitment to supporting our neighbors. By combining the generosity of our customers, employees, and communities with an additional contribution from CCB, we can help local families when support is especially important.”

The food drive is part of CCB’s broader “Season of Giving”, focused on gratitude, generosity and supporting local organizations throughout the holiday season with several new initiatives.

Non-perishable food donations can be dropped off at any CCB location from October 15 through November 15.
