At CCB, Community Counts, and we want to feature YOUR child’s art on our 2023 Christmas Card! We’re looking for the perfect piece of artwork that captures the essence of our motto, “CCB – Where Community Counts.” CCB is dedicated to fostering strong, vibrant communities, and is excited to share the talent of our area youth, giving one lucky child the chance to be featured on over 1,000 cards sent to our CCB friends and family this holiday season!
Eligibility
- The contest is open to all children ages 17 and younger
- Entrants must reside in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, or Erie Counties
Entry Period
- The entry period for this contest is from October 10 to November 13, 2023.
- All entries must be submitted online by 5 p.m. on November 13, 2023.
How to Enter
- Fill out the official entry form below, including your name, contact information, and a little bit about the artist.
- Upload your photo/scan, ensuring it meets the specified image requirements (resolution, format, etc.).
Entry Guidelines
- Each participant may submit a maximum of one entry
- Artwork should be original and must not have been previously published or won awards in other contests.
- Ensure that your entry aligns with the theme “CCB-Where Community Counts.”
- Nudity, violence, or offensive content will result in disqualification.
- CCB reserves the right to disqualify any entries as they see fit.
- All decisions are final.
Image Requirements
- Photo Format: JPEG or PNG
- Resolution: Minimum 3000 pixels on the longest side
- File Size: Maximum 10 MB
Judging Criteria
CCB staff will vote on the submitted photos and the top choice will be featured on our 2023 CCB Christmas card. All photos will be judged on the following:
- Relevance to the theme “Where Community Counts”
- Creativity and originality
- Composition and visual appeal
- Holiday season appeal
Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via email within one week of the end of the voting period.
Publication Rights
By entering the contest, participants grant CCB non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, and distribute their submitted artwork for promotional purposes, including the 2023 Christmas card and CCB’s online and offline marketing materials.
