We have recently been informed of a letter sent to a CCB customer.  Please note that this communication did not originate from CCB and is a scam.

At CCB, your security is extremely important to us. We encourage all customers to remain vigilant when receiving any unexpected or unusual communication that references CCB- especially if it requests personal information or payment.

If you receive anything suspicious:

Do not respond or provide any personal or financial information.

Do not send payments in response to the request.

Contact your local CCB branch directly to verify the communication.
